About Ethiopian Coffee Connect

The trusted intermediary bridging the gap between high-quality producing smallholder farmers and international coffee buyers, operating from the heart of coffee country in Addis Ababa.

Our Mission

Ethiopian Coffee Connect was founded with a clear mission: to create a transparent, trustworthy bridge between Ethiopia's exceptional smallholder coffee farmers and international buyers seeking quality and authenticity.

As the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia produces some of the world's most exceptional beans. However, traditional supply chains often lack transparency and quality assurance. ECC solves this by acting as a trusted intermediary with on-ground expertise and local presence.

Operating from our office in Addis Ababa, we guarantee listed quality, listed price, and on-time delivery for buyers while ensuring farmers receive real sales and guaranteed on-time payments.

How ECC Works

Our proven 3-step process ensures quality, transparency, and trust in every coffee transaction

1
Sample & Quality Check

Our ground team visits supplier warehouses to draw samples and cup them in our Addis Ababa office to verify quality matches the listing.

2
Confirmation & Contracting

Once coffee quality is confirmed and availability is verified, ECC issues a sales contract to the buyer and a purchase contract to the supplier.

3
Process Oversight

ECC oversees the entire process from quality sampling and cupping to shipment coordination, ensuring seamless delivery and on-time payments.

Operating from Addis Ababa

With our office in Addis Ababa and ground teams across Ethiopia's coffee regions, we provide unmatched local expertise and quality assurance. Once a buyer books coffee and availability is confirmed, ECC issues contracts to both parties and oversees the entire process from sampling to shipment.
